The Member Advisory Council identifies, in a responsive manner, the necessary services and benefits to support members and potential members in the delivery of quality early childhood experiences, and advises WECA on the implementation of those services and benefits.

SERVICE ADVISORY COUNCIL
The Service Advisory Council (SAC) is the body that advises the WECA Board of Directors on the issues of effective financial systems; program planning, development, and strategies; organizational development, and service delivery for the organization. SAC provides access to skill resources and recommends action related to their area of business expertise such as non-profit, employment and business law, marketing, financial systems, entrepreneurship, and human resources.
