- Family child care providers can join the WI Family Child Care Association (WFCCA)
Join a second affiliate!
Members may add additional affiliate to their memberships. It is best to do this at renewal time or upon joining. The cost for an additional affiliate is $8. Those who are choosing the Wisconsin Family Child Care Association as their affiliate may also want to join their local affiliate. Some people join two affiliates - one where they work and one where they live.
Give the gift of membership!
Memberships are becoming more and more a way to show appreciation to someone in the early childhood field. Parents of students are giving memberships as graduation gifts. Some administrators are giving them with job advancements or benefits to employees, or just as a reward for working a job well done. CACFP providers are finding that parents wish to support their child care provider by "pooling donations" and purchasing a membership for the provider. Make membership applications available in new employee or enrollment packets (download application or call the WECA office to obtain brochures). Create a sign in your center or home asking for donations for membership into NAEYC and WECA.
