WECA’s 2020 Virtual Conference

Registration Fees

Conference Registration – Current NAEYC/WECA Members:
Current NAEYC/WECA members receive a discounted price on registration, plus get extended access to recorded content through the end of December, 2020.

Conference Registration – Non-Member:

Non-WECA Members are able to access the WECA Conference for $45 and will get access to recorded content through October 2020.

Conference Registration and New NAEYC/WECA Membership:
Become a NAEYC/WECA Standard Member today ($69) and register for the WECA Virtual Conference for just $29. You will also receive extended access to the conference content through December 2020.

Group Registration

If you would like to register as a group (and make one payment), please follow the Instructions below.

  • Have the first person in your group start their registration first (Group Leader) 
  • On the Registration Summary page, use the “Add Group Member” button to register another person. Continue doing this until your group is all added (max of 10 per leader) 
  • On the Order Summary page, you will see all registrants listed and the total amount due. Continue to payment to complete the registrations. Each registrant will receive a log-in to access the conference features. 

*Registry credit can only be given to participants that register for the conference and use their TalentLMS log in to view the material (TalentLMS log in will be emailed to participants in late September).

*All registrations are final and refunds cannot be given.
