WEESSN, led by Co-Directors Paula Drew and Kelly Matthews, works to bring innovative shared services to Wisconsin’s early childhood programs and professionals. They are supported by a dedicated group of coaches, educators, financial experts, and administrative staff to shape new ways of working together in the early care and education field.

WEESSN is a leader in the national movement to develop innovative shared services for early childhood programs, combining access to nationwide resources with local knowledge and experience about how best to support Wisconsin providers.
