Continuing Education Credit for our YoungStar Webinars
If you watched the
webinars when they aired live:
- During the presentation, you were given a link to a website where you could enter your personal information to get Registry Training Attendance certificates. THIS LINK WAS ONLY ACTIVE FOR 24 HOURS after the individual webinars.
- If you completed the online form within the 24 window, a Registered Training Attendance Certificate was emailed to you. To save costs, all Certificates are being emailed.
- Please note that you must print off the Attendance Certificate with the accompanying text in the email, which will contain your name and Registry ID (if applicable). The Attendance Certificate will only be valid this personal information.
- The certificate should then be placed in your employee file for continuing education credit for licensing, or it should be sent to The Registry with your application or renewal information.
- If you submitted your info, but did not receive the Training Attendance Certificate:
Please email us. Many certificates were undeliverable due to incorrect email addresses or email systems that kicked them back as spam.
If you
missed the 24 hour window or
watched the archived webinars:
- Download and complete this "Continuing Education Record - Independent Reading / Video Viewing" form - one for each webinar you viewed.
- The form should then be completed and placed in your employee file for continuing education credit for licensing, or it should be sent to The Registry with your application or renewal information.
