Food Program Logo

The WECA Food Program is instrumental for licensed or certified family child care providers to serve nutritionally balanced meals and snacks to children throughout Wisconsin. Supported through funding from the federal Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), it remains the only food program in Wisconsin to serve providers, children and families in all 72 counties and all Tribal nations.

When you join the Food Program, you highlight your commitment to high-quality care, professionalism and the healthy nutrition of the young children you serve.

In Their Words

“… Our children are creating their own foundations and structures, and we owe it to them to give them good ‘supplies’ so they can have a solid start in life. WECA secures funding to supplement our Food Program, as well as advocating for healthy changes that can help us all live stronger and more vibrant lives.”
