Shared services can be a game changer in the early care and education (ECE) field. It can provide cost-effective and efficient resources to child care providers, often giving them access to products and services beyond what they could tap into on their own. 

Wisconsin Early Education Shared Services Network (WEESSN), a program of Wisconsin Early Childhood Association (WECA), has been forging new ground in shared services in Wisconsin and nationally since 2019. Building on WECA’s 50-year history of serving the ECE community, it has forged alliances with local, state, and national organizations to think about what’s possible when we work together.
